- NOTE: Due to recent demand, SCTL has been split into 2
separate packages. Much of the original SCTL code base has been
repackaged as APTL which will support
a wider range of target CPU architectures. The more advanced
scientific computing tools and tuned inline assembly coding will
remain within the SCTL package.
